Nubd's Terms & Conditions — for all members

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the nubd platform and all its services. By accessing nubd.biz or creating an account, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

Below are definitions of key terms used in this document:

• "nubd" or "we" — refers to the company that operates the nubd.biz platform.
• "Member" or "You" — who holds a registered account with nubd.
• "Platform" — The nubd.biz website and all its associated services.
• "Bet" or "Wager" — money wagered on the outcome of a sports event.
• "Wallet" — The total funds held in the member's nubd account.
• "Bonus Balance" — funds received through promotional offers, usable under specific conditions.

Accurate and complete information is required when creating an account on nubd. nubd reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time if false or misleading information is provided during registration.

• Each person may register only one account — creating multiple accounts using the same name, address, phone number, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.
• The mobile number and email provided at registration will be used for communication and verification purposes.

The following requirements must be met to use the nubd platform:

• You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age.
• Online betting must not be legally prohibited in your country of residence.
• You must be of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions.
• Operating an account on behalf of or as a proxy for another person is not permitted.

Nubd may request a national ID or other valid document for age verification at any time. Withdrawals will be put on hold until verification is complete.

The following rules apply when placing bets on nubd:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified — unless the "Cash Out" feature is applicable.
• Minimum bet amounts vary by market — refer to the betting slip for details.
• Nubd sets the maximum bet limits, which may vary depending on the event and market.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, nubd reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Odds change quickly in live betting — always confirm the odds before placing your bet.

Nubd regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer has its own terms, which are outlined on the relevant offer page. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• A wagering requirement (typically 5x to 30x) must be met before any bonus can be used.
• Winnings from bets placed using bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once at the time of the first deposit.
• Bonuses must be used within a specified period after being credited (typically 30 days).
• Nubd reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers under special circumstances.

Nubd supports fast and secure transactions through Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT and the maximum is ৳2,00,000 BDT per transaction.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• In cases of suspicious transactions, nubd may place a hold on payments until an investigation is completed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nubd platform. Violations may result in account termination, balance forfeiture, and legal action:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity or information.
• Attempting to fix matches or influence the outcome of any sports event.
• Attempting to exploit bonus offers fraudulently or take advantage of system vulnerabilities.
• Placing bets using software bots or automation tools.
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the proceeds of illegal activity.
• Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to nubd's systems or network.

Nubd complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. As a result, members may be required to verify their identity.

• A copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or birth certificate may be requested.
• A utility bill or bank statement may be requested as proof of residence.
• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal or any large transaction.
• KYC documents are verified within 72 hours of submission.

Nubd believes betting should be a source of entertainment, not addiction. We are committed to helping our members build healthy betting habits.

• Deposit Limit: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits can be set.
• Self-Exclusion: You can temporarily suspend your account for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off: A break of anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days can be taken.
• Reality Check: You will receive periodic reminders about your betting time and spending.

Nubd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If false information is found during identity verification.
• If evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity is found.
• Upon instruction from legal authorities.

Members may request account closure at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before submitting your request. Re-registration after closure requires prior approval from nubd.

Nubd strives to provide the highest level of safe and reliable service. However, nubd is not liable under the following circumstances:

• If a bet is missed or delayed due to an internet connection issue.
• If unauthorized access to the account occurs due to the member's own negligence.
• If services need to be temporarily suspended under government directive.
• In the event of technical issues with a third-party payment system.

Nubd's total liability shall not, under any circumstances, exceed the amount in the member's wallet balance.

Nubd may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified at their registered email address at least 7 days in advance.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
• Any disputes will first be addressed through direct discussion between the parties.
